In honor of World AIDS Day, The Red Cat and The Harrison will take part in the second annual Chefs for a Cure. Participating restaurants will donate a portion of their proceeds to amfAR, the foundation for AIDS research. amfAR has been helping lead the fight to cure AIDS for 25 years. Through targeting areas of innovative scientific technology, amfAR's goal is to accelerate the pace of research. Over their 25 years, they have awarded $260 million in grants to over 2000 research teams worldwide. New York City remains an epicenter of this epidemic with more reported cases than any other U.S. city. Please join us for dinner on December 1st and support an important cause.
